Shipping times Italy

- Express shipping: 2 to 4 working days

- Standard delivery: From 3 to 8 working days

 International shipping times

- Express shipping: 2 to 6 working days

- Standard delivery: From 4 to 15 working days

ATTENTION! In periods of strong turnout, such as Black Friday, Christmas or sales, delivery times can increase.

Mitrovo.com will deliver your order to you chosen throughout Italy, including the islands.

All orders with shipping are entrusted to the BRT, GLS, UPS, DHL, Fedex & TNT courier, Poste Italiane.

Some shipping methods offered are "traceable" and, therefore, can be constantly followed during the various stages of the shipment. This service, however, is not available for all orders. You will have the opportunity to choose the shipping method of your package directly on the purchasing page.

The orders made are normally shipped the working day following that of the order. Shipments within the EU may take over 7 working days. Shipping to non-EU countries can take over 2 weeks.
The orders that are shipped with a tracking number tend to arrive with greater speed. As soon as the neck is delivered to the courier you will receive a tracking number that will provide you details on the delivery situation.
