Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity), therefore cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes referable to the activity professional possibly carried out.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.

In the event of damage to the good during transport, Mitrovo will notify the customer of the incident (within 7 working days from receipt of the asset in his warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the Corriere chosen by him and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the good (if insured); In this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.

The return costs, the means and methods of which the customer can make use, are borne and responsibility of the customer who will not be compensated in any way by Mitrovo in the event that the goods were lost, damaged, stolen or lost.

In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract of electronic devices, the user must independently restore the factory configurations of the article (e.g. eliminating personal and/or passwords associated with their personal accounts). Otherwise the product will be damaged and Mitrovo will not proceed with the refund.

To benefit from this right of return, it must be returned goods in the integral and/or sealed packaging, not tampered with, the deadline of which has not been exceeded and that has not been consumed. Although partially. Stopped above, the return is not allowed in the case of:

a) in case of purchase of medical devices
b) with supply of food, drinks or other goods intended for current consumption in the family and physically provided by a professional in frequent and regular turns at home, residence or in the workplace of the consumer
c) in the event of purchases of less than 50 euros (unless the global consideration that the consumer must pay independently of the amount of the individual contracts exceeds 50 euros);
d) in the event of a contract concerning a service after complete provision of the service if the execution of the contract began with the consumer express agreement;
e) in the event of the supply of tailor -made or clearly customized assets;
f) in the event of the supply of goods that risk deteriorating or expires quickly;
g) in the event of the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery;
h) in the event of the supply of assets that after the delivery are by their nature inseparably mixed with other goods.
i) vouchers, gift cards and similar products (by way of example and not exhaustive: gift boxes, gift cards, good fuels, virtual recharges ...);

J) prepaid cards and/or telephone top -ups that have been activated by the customer;

They are not accepted rendered for non -sealed items. They accept returns of articles not sealed only in case of malfunction.

Methods and times for the exercise of the right of withdrawal

The maximum times within which to submit requests or complaints are as follows:

  • 7 days for complaints related to defective goods, missing or not corresponding to the order.
  • 30 days for withdrawal articles clothing
  • 14 days for requests relating to shipments or deliveries (e.g. package not received, package, delivery problems, etc.).
  • 14 days for requests relating to payment or reimbursement transactions.

The customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw.

The withdrawal period ends after 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. Within this term the customer must communicate to Mitrovo the will to withdraw from the contract 

Your customer rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005. Therefore, you can withdraw from the contract, even partially, without explanations and without aggravation of expenses, provided that it communicates the withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt to Mitrovo S.r.l within 14 working days from the date of receipt of products. The communication can be anticipated, within the same term, by e-mail to info@mitrovo.com on condition that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. In this communication you must specify the desire to withdraw from the purchase and the product or the products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt. The entire amount will be reimbursed within 14 days from the acceptance of the return. The first leg costs will remain in any case on it equal to € 7.50 per package, in case of withdrawal from us the expenses will amount to € 15.00 per package.

If you decide to withdraw the damaged product through email/registered letter, with the return of the product by shipping the same (as per previous indications) The refund procedure is as follows:

Pursuant to article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05 Mitrovo.com will reimburse all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he learned of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the less expensive type of standard delivery offered by Mitrovo.com); In any case, the customer will not have to incur any cost as a consequence of this reimbursement.

Mitrovo.com will be able to hold back the refund until it has received the intact product or until the customer has shown that he has sent the goods, depending on what situation he is first.

For purchases made by payment by credit card, the refund will be performed via a reversal of the transaction directly on the credit card.

For purchases made by paypal payment, the refund will be performed through a re -credited to the customer's account.

For purchases made by paying the customer, the customer will be entitled to restore vouchers.
